Prior to arrival - Gaining access to the lodge
Emails and mobile numbers for everyone staying at Fairways 29 will be given to Finlake prior to your stay. Finlake will contact you confirming your stay, and also provide a link for you to book your activities (see more detail below). You will also receive a 'checkin' email so you can check in online, enabling you to go straight to the lodge on arrival. Prior to arrival ( I suggest before you leave home), you need to download onto your phone the 'Just IN mobile' app (a green icon with a white door). Finlake no longer uses keys to gain access to lodges. Around 4:00 pm on your arrival date, your app will be activated. This is your 'key'. If for some reason this doesn't happen please contact reception on 01626 563200 and confirm your details (which they will already have). Once at the lodge touch the green circle on the app and follow instructions. WITHOUT THE APP YOU WILL NOT GAIN ACCESS. Directions on how to get to the lodge are in the contact/directions tab.
The hot tub will be serviced, sanitised and filled prior to your arrival. (If this isn't the case please contact reception)
The heating will be automatic in the lodge and can be controlled using the temperature gauge on the lounge wall. Each radiator also has a heating control. PLEASE DO NOT ALTER THE BOILER SETTINGS.
What is provided in the kitchen?
The modern design kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Instructions for use are in the base drawer. Essential cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery. No food is included. Limited washing/cleaning products. Dishwasher and washing machine tabs not supplied.
Activity Charges
Many of the onsite activities and amenities have a charge. It is highly recommended that you book your activities prior to your holiday. You have access to the booking system three weeks prior to your arrival date. You will be able to use the link provided in your confirmation email or you can ring the numbers below to book. You will need your booking reference to hand. The activities are very popular, especially during peak season, so it is strongly advised you book prior to your holiday, to minimise disappointment.

My Bands
To gain access to the pool, gym and spa you will need to have a My Band. This is a waterproof wristband which will give you access to facilities. Without the bands, you can not enter the facilities. These must be arranged at least one week before your stay and can be paid for & collected from the Leisure Helpdesk in Finlake Falls upon arrival.

What is Finlake Falls?
Finlake Falls is the resort's brand new state-of-the-art fitness complex and waterpark.
It offers you the very best in fitness facilities, including 15 bike spin studio, 32 capacity fitness studio, bespoke sauna & steam room, free weights, and over 60 pieces of cardiovascular & resistance equipment.
Whether you wish to do a few lengths in our adult swimming pool or have fun in our waterpark with flumes, pools, toddler splash water playground, and poolside Splash Café, there is something for everyone.

Are pets allowed at the Lodge?
I'm afraid not - although we love dogs it would affect family & guests with pet allergies.
Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is permitted in or around the holiday home.
What are the sleeping and bathroom arrangements?
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is a king-size double with an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin, with two full-sized single beds. The main bathroom has bath and shower facilities.
Cots, highchairs & stairgates
For our younger visitors cots, highchairs & stairgates can be supplied on request. Please bear in mind the cot is only suitable for babies under the age of 2 as it's a travel cot. Please bring your own cot linen as this is not provided. If you require a cot please advise us at the time of booking.
What do you recommend we bring?
It's recommended that you bring with you;
Towels for the Swimming pools,

Additional toilet rolls
If self-catering, useful condiments from home - salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, spices, tea & sugar
Tea towel, dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs.
Slippers and robes to put on after the hot tub

How far away is the nearest Supermarket?
There are various supermarkets nearby including a large Tesco TQ12 3RN ( 3.2 miles), a Sainsburys superstore TQ12 1BN (7.9 miles), a Spar TQ13 0HX and Co-Op TQ13 0HL (approx 1.1 miles). Tesco, ASDA & Sainsbury all deliver to Fairways29 so why not do an online shop from the comfort of your home, and get it delivered for when you arrive! (Make sure they have your phone number). Use these delivery instructions and they should deliver to the lodge : Drive past reception down hill, pool (on left) Turn right up hill. Top of hill at T junc LOOK right.
